My primary focus was to manage digital projects for the Celcom's Xpax brand (Celcom's prepaid phone service). My first foray into the logistic industry system, I was involved from end-to-end process of the application life-cycle. The system's primary purpose is to optimise, schedule and route transport and delivery of goods and was built using Adobe Flex. Major client was PT. Matahari Department Store which runs a successful chain of department store across Indonesia. I was also involved in the enhancement of the OMS Inventory Optimisation system. It is a tool for inventory management to optimise the business processes by forecasting inventory needs. Previously built using Microsoft Access based system, I migrated the system to a full-fledged Windows programme using .Net framework and Microsoft SQL server database. Major client is Elliot and Austech (Australia).
was involved in several key projects for Century Software which includes the following: Development of the Remote Accounting System (REACT) which handles reconciliation module for Century Financial Systems. I also implemented the systems for several Malaysian government bodies which includes Malaysia External Trade Development (MATRADE), and Malaysian Industrial Development Authority (MIDA). Enhancements of the receipting module of Century Financial System. This module is a Windows application to record the payments made to our client users which includes Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Lembaga Kemajuan Wilayah Pulau Pinang (PERDA), Universiti Malaya Medical Center (UMMC), and Maktab Kerjasama Malaysia (MKM). Built the leave management system for another Malaysian government body, Pengurusan Air Pahang (PAIP).
I was actively involved in the development of the Distribution Management System (DMS) for the client, Li & Fung Ltd. The DMS built for this client was an online based application that interfaced with the mobile quality control system for the management team to monitor the quality control of their goods at all warehouses systemwide.
My experience at Longbow Technologies Sdn Bhd includes developing the Automatic Fare Collection System (AFC) system prototype for Malaysia's largest rail-operator, KTM Komuter. I was also involved in building the interface component that communicated with several hardwares (ticket dispenser, note dispenser, coin acceptor, and ticket printer). Other notable projects includes reporting module for United Overseas Bank Berhad (UOB) and e-procurement web application for Sunrise Berhad.
